The LVMH group is currently the largest luxury conglomerate in the world and houses some of the worlds most prestigious brands such as: Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Fendi, Bulgari, Kenzo, Moët & Chandon, Givenchy, Dom Pérignon and many more.
The requirement for the LVMH group was to conduct and share research that would enable them to enhance their customer experience offerings while utilising the new landscape of emerging technology and innovation. The next part of the project was to demonstrate how this research would be applied to companies across the entire group.
