Tiffany & Co. is an American luxury jewelry and specialty retailer headquartered in New York City.
The requirement for this project was to conduct and share research that would allow them to enhance their offerings for their customer experience offerings while utilising the new landscape of emerging technology and innovation. The next part of the project was to demonstrate how this research would be applied to enhance growth for their business.
